According to police, a speeding car killed Khyree Jackson, 24, and two of her friends. The Minnesota Vikings had selected Jackson in the last NFL draft.
Jackson, the cornerback, and Hazel, the driver, were pronounced dead at the scene, police confirmed early Saturday morning. Hazel was Jackson’s high school teammate.

Jackson also shared photos of himself doing push-ups with a lizard, smiling on a beach with two parrots and taking self-portraits of himself in front of a mirror to show off his fashionable clothes.
According to TMZ, the football player attended Fort Scott Community College as his first college after graduating from Dr. Henry Wise Jr. High School. After rising through the ranks, he played for the Oregon Ducks and Alabama Crimson Tide.
According to Oregon Live, Jackson was the Ducks’ top cornerback in 2023, his best season to date.
The Ducks selected the twenty-four-year-old cornerback in the fourth round of the 2024 NFL Draft.
