An expert reveals the significance of Kate Middleton’s dress at Wimbledon

On Sunday, Kate Middleton made her second public appearance after the tumult caused by her scheduled abdominal operation and her absence from the public eye for more than six months. The Princess of Wales attended the Wimbledon final between Carlos Alcaraz and Novak Djokovic.
‘It was quite surprising to see her at the Wimbledon final, and we know the Princess is a big tennis fan,’ royal expert Katie Nicholl told the media about Kate’s attendance. ‘Since 2016, she has been a patron of the Lawn Tennis Association. She’s been to every Wimbledon, so I think we all expected to see her there,’ she added. When she arrived at the event, Kate received a standing ovation as she made her way to the Royal Box on Centre Court to watch the match.
‘When she appeared, the crowd showed their appreciation with a standing ovation, which lasted quite a while, and the Princess was very emotional,’ Nicholl said. The Princess was very moved,’ said Mr Nicholl. ‘I think when we look at the Princess, we see her as well as she was, smiling, healthy, radiant, and we can assume that she is now tolerating this chemotherapy much better than she did in the early days and is doing well at the moment,’ she continued.
