Returning from a two-week trip, Victoria was horrified to discover that her bright yellow house, lovingly painted by her late husband, had been repainted gray by her neighbors, the Davids. 
Known for their disdain for the bright colors of her home, they had taken matters into their own hands while she was away.
Victoria confronted the Davises, but they denied everything. Their neighbor, Mr. Thompson, confirmed that the painting work had been carried out using a false work order in the Davises’ name. Victoria is furious, believing that her neighbors erased her husband’s memory with a “bucket of paint”.
She went to the paint company’s office to demand answers.
At the trial, the company’s employees testified against the Davises. The judge found the Davises guilty of fraud and vandalism and ordered them to repaint the house yellow and pay all costs, including legal fees.
Outside the courtroom, Mrs. Davis hisses, “I hope you’re happy.” Victoria smiles sweetly and replies, “I will be when my house is YELLOW again!”.
Victoria’s determination to stand her ground has paid off, restoring color to her home and her peace of mind.
