As soon as Jonathan and Charlotte took to the ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ stage, Simon looked at Jonathan and prejudged that the audition would be a profound waste of time.
“Just when you think it can’t get any worse,” he whispered to one of his fellow judges.
But Simon had no idea the number would become one of the biggest viral hits of all time on YouTube, and for good reason.
Jonathan, 17, said he had always been bullied because of his height, and Charlotte, 16, became the no-nonsense guardian of his fear.
The situation was so bad that Jonathan suffered a nervous breakdown three months before the audition.
