Mark Bryan, an American robotics engineer living in Germany, describes himself on Instagram as a heterosexual, married man who loves porches and beautiful women – and incorporates skirts and stilettos into his everyday wardrobe. 
That’s right: father of three, he’s just a straight dad who wears a skirt and defies gender dress norms everywhere he goes.

Today, this skirt-wearing dad has made a name for himself on Instagram, defying gender-normative clothing and asserting himself as an ally of the LGBTQ+ community. 
Married three times, he says his three children and current wife of 11 years support him in his choice of clothing.
Bryan says the first time he wore a skirt and heels was in college. His girlfriend at the time asked him to wear them before dancing with her. Today, aged 61, he has been wearing them to work for four years.
