Fans were alarmed by Simon Cowell’s appearance in a warm family photo. Simon Cowell was embracing his fiancée Lauren Silverman, after alarming fans with his appearance earlier this year.
The 62-year-old Brit was with 45-year-old Lauren and 8-year-old Eric in the photo. Simon and Lauren are expected to marry in a ceremony later this year. 
Regarding marriage, Simon said, “I’ve felt engaged for a long time, if I’m really honest with you. Lockdown and Covid were probably decisive for many relationships. We were in the same house for over a year, and I thought, ‘Well, we actually get along very well.’ And for Eric, as he grows up, he’ll have more and more questions about his parents, and I thought it was the right thing to do for him.”
About his weight loss, he said, “The most spectacular period was the first month, where most of the weight goes away and you look at yourself and think ‘wow’. All I do is avoid red meat – white meat is fine – and eat a lot of vegetables, salads, and drink this super beer. If you’re following a diet, you have to maintain a reasonable diet, but it has to be interesting and tasty, so the diet is surprisingly easy.”
Simon worried fans when he appeared on the first episode of Britain’s Got Talent in April. Viewers of the show were concerned that the star wasn’t “really healthy.” @traz_mac wrote: “Simon looks sick #britainsgottalent.” @colin84983253 commented: “Simon Cowell with fingers covered in blood blisters seriously looks like a man who isn’t well”.
