The owner of Gluta, the “Happiest Dog in the World,” lives in Thailand and devotes his time to picking up street strays one by one and giving them all a much-needed wash. He wouldn’t trade it for anything since he gets so much delight from giving and assisting these pets.
Gluta is a dog whom he saved from the streets of Thailand years ago, and she has subsequently beaten cancer as well as other illnesses. She remained the world’s happiest dog throughout it all!
