As you know, Australia is a country of surprises. There are so many unusual creatures that even scientists sometimes guess who is in front of them. Recently, on Sydney’s famous Bondi Beach, locals saw a strange creature.
Drew Lambert found the creature and said it had swollen lips, like a human, and an obscure animal has a tail. ” At first I thought it was an unknown shark,” said an eyewitness.
Since Drew Lambert didn’t know what he was looking for, he posted the photo on social media to ask for help from knowledgeable people. Many assumed it was a stingray.
Letitia Hannan, the head of the Sydney Aquarium Sea Life, came to the rescue — she said that in the photo there was an Indo—Pacific narca (numb ray) or short-tailed gnus (coffin ray), a subclass of plate-gills.
