It’s soul-crushing, but it’s a bit of a sad story that happened recently in South Korea. Everybody knew about this situation, and they even talked about it on TV. What happened? I’ll tell you more.
Male cat Khabi and female cat Horang were ordinary animals who lived on the streets. This couple was always together. The male cat and the female cat were madly in love, had strong affection, and never parted. People nearby often saw this couple eating together, walking, and laying in the sun. It’s better and warmer together than alone. It’s easier to survive the cold.
One day, Horang had an accident. The cat was hit by a car, she sustained damage to her hind limbs. In a state of shock, the cat reached its habitat, lay down, and could no longer stand on her feet.
Khabi the cat did everything possible to help his beloved girlfriend. He protected her from other animals, brought food, and warmed her with his warmth. Not everyone can take such care as this incredible cat. His loyalty is amazing.
One day, Khabi begged a portion of delicious food from a woman who was selling at the market. She had already treated the cat more than once and noticed that he was running away somewhere with food. The woman decided to follow and find out where the cat runs. When she followed him and revealed his secret, she shed tears. It turned out that all this time Khabi was feeding a helpless girlfriend and caring for her.
The woman took photos of animals. She posted posts on social networks and asked to help this couple. A lot of caring people reacted to these publications. The cats were taken away by representatives of one of the animal protection services. Horang was helped to restore her paws. Also, Khabi was assisted.
Since this couple gained real popularity online, soon there were owners who decided to take the animals. It is not known whether they got to the same owner or live with different people, but in any case, the cats are doing well.
