Those people who have never had pets will not understand how painful it is to lose them. Some people yearn for their pet as much as for a person. This is not surprising, because the animal is distinguished by devotion, you get attached to it during its life.

“When I was 10 years old, I brought home a kitten. At first, my mom didn’t like it, but after five minutes she accepted that Karabas would stay with us. The mother asked why I decided to name such a baby Karabas?
“Just look at his mustache,” I replied.
So Karabas became a full-fledged member of our family, he lived with us for 10 years. During this time, a lot has changed in my life. I fell in love, suffered, made mistakes, corrected mistakes, managed to graduate from school and university, got married, divorced, remarried, which brought much more happiness than the previous one. A lot of things happened, one thing did not change – Karabas rubbed his mustache on my face every morning and greeted me.
Unfortunately, like all living things, my cat was not immortal. When he was 18 years old, he became very ill. I was in despair, I didn’t know what to do, what to feed Karabas, how to treat him. My husband approached the problem with a cold mind. He offered to take Karabas to a veterinary hospital for professional assistance. That’s what we did.
The next night I felt a heaviness, as if someone was lying on my chest. I lifted my torso, but I didn’t see anyone. When I woke up, they called me and told me that my pet had died. Karabas has not been with us for a long time, but I know for sure that then it was his soul that came to me to say goodbye.
