The donkey and the goat reunited after they were rescued from the home of a man who was holding large numbers of animals and not watching them

The goat Mr. G and the donkey Jellybean were rescued from the house of a man who kept a huge number of animals and did not care for them in Southern California after they had lived in an abandoned state for ten years. Only two shelters offered to take in animals – Mr. G found a home at the Animal Place Rescue Ranch in Vacaville, California, while Jellybean was transferred to another location.

After his arrival, Mr. G became sluggish. He spent his days lying in the corner of the stall, barely lifting his head. The volunteers had to physically move the animal so that it would not spend too much time lying down. After it turned out that Mr. G was completely physically healthy, it became obvious that he was depressed. He missed Jellybean. The goat was inconsolable and refused to eat anything. Something had to be done.

A volunteer at an animal shelter made a trip there and back, which took him 14 hours to bring Jellybean. When they arrived, Mr. G completely transformed. He ran outside and ran around Jellybean with a new sense of purpose. The animal shelter decided to keep the couple together as permanent residents on the property of a 243-hectare organization in Grass Valley.

With over 6 million views, and without stopping at this point, their story spread across the Internet and YouTube. Just look at this touching reunion of this incredible couple:
