“Every person throughout his life leads an internal struggle. This is because two wolves live in us,” the wise Indian began the conversation.
“What do you mean, two wolves?” the little boy asked, his face lit up with childish curiosity.
“One of them is Evil. These are fear, anger, envy, resentment, pride, greed, ego, meanness, arrogance, pity, and guilt. But the other wolf is Good. Joy, peace, love, hope, charity, generosity, truth, and faith!” the old Indian replied.
“Which wolf wins, Grandpa?” the boy asked, and it was obvious that he was very worried. He can’t wait to find out the truth.
“The wolf you feed always wins!” grandpa replied and smiled.
